This mixed media piece is 12" x 9" on canvas, framed, wired and ready to hang.

It is part of the series, "An Element of Surprise." Printed and cut photos were combined  with printed segments of completed paintings. Then I painted both over and under the images. 

I enjoyed the surprises that occurred in mixing disparate elements together and finding my way to a new composition.
